  1.  @lurebenson7722  Ukraine has passed no law to "change over to English". Ukrainians have been fighting against linguicide for centuries, and their national language means a lot to them. The law you may be referring to is the one relating to English as the second national language. If you're the ally you seem to be from your comment, how about learning the basics of the language? I'm learning Ukrainian as my first Slavic language, and I could read it with relative ease within a few months. Plenty of resources on YouTube, do a little search.
