@markusbalbach7608 You're right. I mean, there are Ukrainian civilians including children assembling drones in their homes on a voluntary basis, but Ukraine is supposed to be the "weak smaller country" in this equation. The fact that the rf is resorting to that kind of thing - as well as buying weapons from north korea - speaks louder than all their propaganda put together.
