  7.  @marcbush2796  The thing is, citizens of the rf have been so comprehensively fleeced by putin & co. for so long, that with a regime change they may still be better off paying into the Ukraine reparations fund than they are now, being ruled by a cleptocracy! Someone should crunch the numbers and make sure they reach the local population.
