The UK already has lifted restrictions on the use of weapons donated to Ukraine - all restrictions, I believe

@eenigheid3186 Sadly no, after he said that the WH issued a statement about how their previous position was unchanged. Ukraine now does have permission to use those weapons on rf territory but not too far from the international border, which leaves them from trying to get airfields with drones.

It's not about the whole front, it's about how far into rf territory they're allowed to strike with long-range weapons 😣 I believe the UK, and a bunch of other countries, may have lifted all restrictions now, but the weapons that would be most effective come from the US?

Ukraine's defense sector was downgraded for years by a president who was 100% putin's puppet - and even after he was removed, what with fighting the war in the east, the occupation in Crimea and a huge legacy of corruption, underinvestment and inefficiency, they weren't able to build it back up. Not to mention the fact that when the newly-elected Zelenskyy tried to talk to trump about military aid, trump tried to blackmail him to get info that would help him discredit his political opponent.

@AstroGremlinAmerican Didn't he propose a comprehensive border package a few months ago, so that republicans would finally unblock military aid to Ukraine, only for republicans to vote it down? MAGA want the southern border to remain a problem, so trump can use it to bamboozle enough people to vote for him.

@paulking7019 It is widely known that the US only recently gave limited permission for its long-range weapons to be used on rf territory. Start reading the news and stop working for the kremlin.
