  1.  @alexb8926  Your country has spent a minuscule amount of its defense on Ukraine aid. The UAF are mostly working with weapons that you, through your taxes, would have to pay to have dismantled because they're old. Meanwhile, more weapons are being manufactured, which is actually boosting your economy.

  7.  @KwakuDuah-ok6up  1) you didn't even remotely answer my question and 2) this war will only end with Ukraine's complete victory, that is, russia ceasing all hostilities, withdrawing to 1991 borders, returning all captives and paying reparations. Any other outcome will only empower russia and other totalitarian regimes to start more wars. I know that because I do think about how to end the war.

  9.  @JJ03330  This war was started by putin, who wants to erase Ukraine and use its resources to start waging war on other neighbouring countries. All it would take to "sort it" is for the rf to cease all hostilities and return all occupied territories to 1991 borders - and all captives - to Ukraine immediately. To believe that the US and UK had any part in starting this war is just good old-fashioned Western narcissicism - we really don't want to believe we're not protagonists of this story.

  10. Go tell putin to "beg for peace", he's the one who started the war and could end it in one day by ceasing hostilities and withdrawing his troops from all occupied Ukrainian territories. If Ukraine surrenders or settles for anything other than full deoccupation, it will be finished as a country, and both the rf and other totalitarian powers will just start more wars.

  16. A minuscule percentage of the US's huge defence budget has gone to Ukraine so far - your taxes would be going into dismantling the weapons that your country - if indeed you are American, which I doubt - is sending to Ukraine

How dare you demand "results" when our countries have been sitting on everything Ukraine needed to win the war fast and with a fraction of the damage they've been suffering, but have been dribbling aid in laughable, symbolic amounts since the start... Now Ukraine also has the massive damage and losses of the last 2+ years to contend with.

  23.  @7171jay  Well said. I would just like to take this chance to quote to @kellysteele78 one of the US's great national heroes... "With great power comes great responsibility". If you don't like foreigners telling you who to vote for, feel free to relinquish the immense power your country holds in the world, which you seem to take for granted most of the time. But as things stand, your electoral decisions have huge repercussions for the whole world.
