  3.  @CD-SU  The US administration are cowards themselves for waiting until this became an election issue, instead of allowing Ukraine to use all military aid as needed from the start. In the spring of 2022, the US presidential elections were a long way away. And the UK shouldn't have to ask the US for permission, let alone for permission to ask for permission. It's all ridiculous, indefensible, and frankly revolting.
