@ningurp281 You mean she was well prepared on the topics she knew she would be questioned on? And she knew, not because someone "passed her the answers in advance" but because it's a presidential debate, certain topics always need to be covered, plus she and her team have been paying attention to 1) the news cycle, 2) what Americans have been saying they wanted to hear the candidates talk about, and 3) the endless stream of nonsense that's been coming out of trump and his maga associates.

@MrDavidljr29 He's running for the highest office in the most powerful country in the world: he should be taking that seriously, not "joking" as much as he supposedly does. In fact, trump rarely jokes - he doesn't seem to have much of a sense of humour. When he drops those ridiculous, nonsensical and/or offensive statements (not sure statements is the right word here, but let's go with that) he is constantly testing the courage and integrity of those around him, particularly other republicans and the press. Whenever they let him get away with it, justify and defend him, make up excuses for him like you do, he knows he's pushed the boundaries a little bit further.
