@shtein4476 So it's the twenty-first century. The UK has stopped casually moving into other people's countries and telling them what language to speak.

I decided to talk about "our time", because you, like I don't know how many others, resorted to the "all other empires, so...?" line, and the point is, the other empires are actually (slowly, painfully, imperfectly) changing their behaviour towards other nations, while russia (whatever it calls itself now) isn't.
