  2. There are several Ukrainians of relatively recent Korean descent (for example, one of the regional governors, Vitaliy Kim), and many of them will still speak the language... Even with the S Korean support that the UAF are definitely getting, they would manage. They probably have Korean-Ukrainians deployed in Kursk.
