@yellowtunes2756 Since you so desperately want people to "argue with your point", BJ was in no position to "order" the government of another country to do anything, it's not the 19th century anymore (a fact that seems to keep escaping putin and his trolls and supporters). It is simply natural to keep fighting off an aggressor once you know that help is coming. "We've got you, don't give up" is not an order - but maybe it sounds like one to people who only understand orders and threats.

@alexpoetov3213 it would only be a coup if led by someone who gains power as a result. If Trudeau is overthrown by a popular uprising, and the country subsequently elects a new head of state like Ukraine did in 2014, that would not be defined as a coup. But Canadians have no need to physically overthrow Trudeau - they just need to come up with credible opponents who have a chance to win the next election
