@GIwillo Ukraine made a decision early on not to release the figures of their military losses, a decision respected by other countries, like the US, because Ukraine is the country that was invaded for no valid reason, and it's also the smaller country with fewer resources, therefore it needs all the advantages it can get. No one who supports Ukraine is in any doubt about the scale of the losses - it's one of the many reasons we're so angry. And plenty of Ukrainian sources manage to be very clear about losses without undermining their country by releasing figures. The fact that you're literally whining because you don't get to hear about how many Ukrainian soldiers have died so far is repulsive.

@GIwillo I did find your comment repulsive - and pretty much everything you wrote on this thread. You're portraying yourself as someone who values honesty, so I thought you would appreciate it.

Always good to hear from you 😊 Thank you for this video, it has all the info I've been hoping to get for a while, in one short, clear video. Your work is great! I hope you get to spend a peaceful xmas with your family, and I wish you the best for the new year 💙💛

@hardtackbeans9790 Then it's not one of the accounts I've noticed so far... but I can't speak for his other post under this video, I can't find it. It really doesn't look like a troll account from his homepage, and he must have been replying to the russian drivel posted by @user-uw4vb3qp9d because he says "your reply", not "your comment". This probably doesn't warrant quite so much typing, since misunderstandings are pretty commong in comment sections - but if Ukraine's supporters start accusing each other of being kremlintrolls, the actual trolls are winning!

@hardtackbeans9790 I have a feeling they were replying to the russian troll... This happens to me too sometimes, I reply to a reply but it comes through as if I'd replied to the main comment

@Juan_Jose_Miraballes This channel is a lot more reliable than the troll you replied to - any source they'll recommend if they get back to you is likely to be pro-russian bloggers who are internationally known for lying through their teeth (and also support genocide, which you may or may not find distasteful). This channel is reliable: I've been following it for well over a year and I have never heard anything here that didn't later check out in other reports, including mainstream media. He just explains everything really well, homing in on different areas or topics on different days to keep the videos short and also allow for operational secrecy when needed. I also follow Madyar (currently stationed in the south, working with drones in the Dnipro offensive) and Motolife UA (serving in the east - formerly a biker blogger, hence the name of his channel). Sternenko is a great blogger to follow, he and his team are experienced counter-propagandists and have no problem calling out the Ukrainian government when needed. Operator Starsky blogs in English - he's a UAF press officer who also fought near Kyiv early last year. And yes, these are all Ukrainians - there is no more "objectivity" in following pro-russian sources than there would have been in listening to the nazis before and during WW2. One russian journalist I do follow is Ksenia Turkova, who blogs in English from the US but used to live and work in Ukraine (before, during and after the Revolution of Dignity) - her posts are always worth watching.
