@bsastarfire250 Indeed. I was so intrigued that I looked it up, because even though I'd never come across the word "rasputitsa" before (thanks @CAPSLOCKPUNDIT) it sounded russian to me. And I was right. It means "season of bad roads" and has its own English-language Wikipedia page, which fortunately also gives us the Ukrainian term (you can even click on the pronunciation!): "bezdoRIzhzhia" - "doROha" means "road", "bez" means "without".

@DrEvilMiniMi374 This is information. I have never, in over two years of following this channel, come across a single piece of information that didn't tally with reports from other platforms, like the BBC.

That is literally how his videos start - including this one. Did you not watch it from the beginning?

@juanjuan5698 Why do you post the same ignorant message all over the comment section? Here's how @williamjacobs replied to your exact same comment, just above: @juanjuan5698 It's called a "baseline". Viewers of RFU know Russia takes ground every day. Thing is, it's with unsustainable losses of Russia's husbands and sons. This time, Russia performed two flanking maneuvers successfully; one of them with low losses of troops. They have outperformed the baseline and we wish to know. If Russia could do this consistently, we'd worry (more) for them. They are making much worse progress conquering Ukraine than the USSR did with Afghanistan even if they could achieve this level of success, say, weekly. But how much of Afghanistan is still under Soviet control? Ukraine can win even if they lose every single formal battle. The Russian sympathizer confidence makes no sense to anyone with vague knowledge of history.

@scubbasan Vuhledar. Let's not use the transliteration of russian spelling for Ukrainian place names.
