@TheRealBillBob I don't think it is currently possible for the 1420 guys to enter Ukraine, because of their unfortunate nationality... why you think they would get "thrown in jail" for doing street interviews in Ukraine is beyond me, there's plenty of that going on in Ukraine and people ask and answer whatever they want. The rest of your comment literally doesn't make sense.

@ps200306 Yes, purchasing power is important and that's what is often missing from comparisons based on currency conversions... Obviously, living standards comparisons are much more labour-intensive to make, that's why we see less of them. Good point though, thanks.

@sardanapale2302 It's not about rural locations - plenty of urban Westerners live in poverty - and I have more than a clue about that - while many live well in the countryside. It depends on many factors, including not only the country but the location in that country, social class and often race as well. None of that takes away from the fact that millions upon millions of russians undeniably live in dire poverty, with zero prospects and terrible infrastructure, in an underpopulated country overflowing with natural resources. If they hadn't been governed by a psychopathic cleptocrat for decades, the revenue from those resources would have made their lives immeasurably better. But they choose to keep believing the lies he tells them so he and his gang can hold on to power.

@alber.tino_ I second that, I would like to knokw what ordinary russians think about her. Especially considering that a significant minority of respondents to this sort question answer "Who if not putin?" - it would be good to hear what they say when asked why there's no one BUT putin to vote for...

@nikolac9680 I've never been to Afghanistan, either, but I have a pretty clear idea of what things are like over there

@jacquelineloaring2438 Where in the UK are you? And how come your account is only 1 year old, were you really not on youtube until after the start of the russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine? I'm actually hoping, for your sake, that you are one of the many, many trolls (some paid, some possibly unpaid) in this thread... because a person genuinely seeing a genocidal mob boss as "someone with compassion, integrity, and deep feeling of (one 'f') what’s right" is completely, irretrievably screwed.

@GoldenDragonSK not everyone, sadly, but the vast majority for sure. Also, life outside cities isn't necessarily worse, in many ways it's better

@cathalmccionnaith8268 No one needs to make any effort to "keep the anti russian bias steaming ahead", or whatever... they're doing that all by themselves. And for all the people in the UK and other rich countries who can never afford to travel and can barely heat their homes (me being one of them) that really doesn't compare to the abject poverty that is widespread in the rf. Have you seen how many videos russians have been making recently, to let their uncle vova know they're freezing? In a country where gas should be almost free. You honestly don't come across as someone who can think for themselves - you sound like who believes they can, which is so much worse than being a paid o ternet troll

@cathalmccionnaith8268 You clearly misunderstood me, possibly because you're so convinced you're 100% right that you don't pay attention to what other people are saying. Having read your previous comments carefully before replying, I was basically telling that you sounded too stupid to be an internet troll paid by the kremlin; and having read this latest reply of yours, I'm pretty sure I got that right. Thanks for confirming 🙂 And since you thing the UK is done for, and you have such strong connections as well as such a good opinion of the rf, I assume that you're in the process of emigrating there, and I wish you a happy relocation.
