He understandably wants Ukraine to get back all of its territory, every single Ukrainian who was taken against their will, funds for demining and reconstruction, and guarantees that russia will not try to destroy them again in a few years' time. And that happens to be what most Ukrainians want - his approval rating has shot up over the past week.
