  1.  @TastingHistory  This is such a great thread, I can just imagine what a brilliant episode you could make out of this dish! And it would be lovely to have another Tasting History episode with a Ukrainian connection (I do realise that carrot kimchi is not originally Ukrainian, but it's always nice to see 💙💛 in any comment section). About this episode, I've never had deep-dish pizza but maybe I should make a vegan version and see if I like it! Thank you for all your research, and for introducing us to a great chef who deserves more recognition than she's had so far ☺
