Thanks Max, I doubt I'll be able to veganise the recipe but I knew very little about this event, and you told the story beautifully. Learning history through food really works for me - it's social history I suppose, it's people-oriented and that makes it relatable. What a great channel, I never miss an episode 😊 Good luck wih the kitchen renovation mission!
