  1. Thank you for this great episode ☺️ I think I'll try the vegan Lenten version at some point... I have wheat berries at home because I've been experimenting with a Ukrainian wheat porridge called "kutya" (the stress falls on the last syllable). It's lovely and would actually be a great thing to make on the channel close to Xmas, since it's a traditional dish that Ukrainians have been making for a very long time. Ukrainian Xmas food would actually be a great topic for a seasonal video: if you ask the contact who helped you with the beautiful borsch video you made two years ago, you'll know what I mean! Thank you for your work, I watch every single video you make, vegan or not.
