@TastingHistory Thanks for the really fun video, even when a recipe isn't veganisable I always watch for the brilliant storytelling! Very excited to see you using aquafaba... Could you at some point do an early vegetarian recipe? There were vegetarians in the early 19C, like the poet Shelley for example. That would be wonderful!
