putin must withdraw his troops from all Ukrainian territory back to 1991 borders, immediately and permanently cease all hostilities, return all captives including the tens of thousands of children abducted from occupied territories, then hand himself over to The Hague. After that, there can be some haggling about reparations.

@ We've all got skin in this game. Even if you don't care about Ukrainians, or justice, or democracy, the minute Ukraine falls this war will start spreading all over Europe, China will invade Taiwan, and one day russia will walk into Alaska just to see what your weak, stupid president will do.
