  1. Paying off 200k in 23 months on a 50k income does NOT add up. I guess she had other income streams to pay it off, which makes it not really applicable for the regular Joe. Not saying its impossible, i myself payed off all my loans, but it takes a long time. 23 months is just ridiculous.
