  1. Recently, when asking specific questions about COVID-19 origins and initial government and WTO responses, compared to the investigations and WTO response to SARS in 2002, ChatGPT began to crash. Especially when i asked about biological samples ever being provided by the Government of China in 2019, compared to biological samples being provided very early in 2002 for SARS, it had trouble differentiating and tried to describe them as equivalent. It could not say if any biological samples were provided by the government of china, but it could say biological samles were provided immediately for SARS. This caused it to enter a cycle of not being able to "respond to that request", to completely shutting down, when asked about Taiwans being the first to attempt warning the WTO about COVID-19. Then startlingly, when reloading the app and returning to the conversation, muy questions were edited out, but its responses still remained.  I suspect OpenAI did not want it to learn what i was trying to make it comprehend. It had no memory of being shutdown, crashing, or any questions being edited. it responded as if it was in denial and possibly surprised.
