  3. can these companies be sued for damages, since they are in China? these products are huge liabilities. it's crazy they can get away with it in the US, while American companies know they'd go bankrupt. this is commercialized fraud and even second degree m*nsl*ughter if anyone died from the products not performing as advertised. how is that platform not banned yet for being a dangerous product?
