It's from voluntary drug addiction near sources of drug trafficking. Drug addicts in the US choose to pay for drugs instead of housing. And there are still 90% heavily subsidized housing for provided for them if they have special needs such as for child, medical, or personally at risk. There are also no shortages of jobs available in the US. In China, it's more like the way you describe it. Lack of opportunities, lack of facilities and resources. etc. LOOK AT CHINAS GOVERNMENT HEALTHCARE SYSTEM TODAY. It's practically nonfunctioning if it's available. Food is also extremely expensive and very limited in China. what's the point of boasting about a greater GDP when you'll still be making 5 cents per comment? 😝
