  7. Moot question, When it comes to military bases, they can be as large as small cities. Higher yields are dirty enough. Once it goes off, the targeted area is done doing anything for 1/2 a century, minimum.

  10. Traditionally the best deterrence has always been economic deterrence. We really need to return to the pre PNTR with China Act era in regards to that aspect.
