  3. The Canadian government will not do anything. This lady is already a Canadian citizen so they will just shrug it off as part of free speech. There's no law anywhere in the world that penalizes delusion nor megalomania. Also, throwing the book at her will just dignify her outrageous claims and draw attention to her "cause".
