  5. Just open the borders to unrestricted immigration, problem solved. Africa and certain countries from Asia have excess population that Greece can absorb. They may get another Giannis while they're at it.

  8. Because some countries are in fact overpopulated. Halved the population of both China and India and distribute evenly among the 28 or so EU countries and many of them will become overpopulated.
