  3. Paid 3,700 yuan monthly for 5 years that only went to interests of the principal. Why did they put up with such insanity? There's no way they could ever repay the principal balance anymore. No wonder they're up to their eyeballs in debt and still no houses of their own.

  5. With too many second-hand properties on the market, you'd be lucky if your property even gets a viewing from a prospective buyer. You'd really have to drive your asking price way down to unload it.
