  3. For CCP, it appears that to move up the leaderboard, not only you should know someone; you also have to blow someone. That oil executive was so incredibly stupid. Did he think that flaunting his 'trophy' in public will not elicit attention from random citizens at a time when smart phones with cameras are common and everything can be uploaded on social media? He may or may not be corrupt but damn, casually holding hands with your subordinate in public really leaves a bad taste in the mouth due to unprofessional counduct. They both should have been more discreet rather than parade themselves in public.
