  1. The Chinese guy explained that the Chinese exhibitors got their visa denied by both Mexico and US, despite the fact that the exhibitors have paid for their booths in full. Why? The US is tightening the rules for issuing visas for Chinese citizens, while Mexico is a competitor. Why give visa to sellers from a competitor country?

  2. Conflicting figures between the official statistics and the realities on the ground as related by the business owners themselves means one of them is lying. One of them is sounding the alarm while the other is feeding 'feel-good' BS to the public.
