The level of credibility of the Chinese is gleaned from the fact that despite reassuring words that run smack like someone whistling in the dark, the market and investors simply accelerated their pullout from China. Instead of bitching about Moody's alleged 'bias', the government should buckle down to work and improve theirneconomy to prove that the rating agency had been too 'harsh' and misjudged China's 'resilience'. Misplaced patriotism will never work to bully a prestigious body like Moody's.
