  1. Can't blame these truckers if they quit. Honest work for meager income then police & local officials squeeze you with fines and tolls leaving you with nothing but a pittance in your pockets. They're not living, they're barely surviving.

  3. They can use those idle & underutilized high-speed trains to transport goods. Or hire jobless people as mules to transport those products. Chinese women can carry two 100-kg logs of wood by themselves.
