  5. To be fair, the Chinese offered to "fix" the problem: replace the faulty equipment one-to-one, or repair the equipment for a fee, of course.

  6. ​ @kumarmuthu6945  Bangladesh has scarce money at the moment. They just got a loan of several billion dollars to shore up their finances left in tatters by Hasina so it's not as if they can afford top-of-the-line military hardware.
