  4. China is shooting itself on the foot. Their propaganda will hit their own fishermen who will lose income because no one will buy their catch and hence, stop going out to sea. Will they be compensated for their loss by the Chinese government? Given the CCP's spotty record, it's more likely that the fishermen will be left to fend on their own. Millions more will slip into poverty due to the State's overblown propaganda.
