  1. The delivery guy who fell asleep aboard his bike parked along the curb illustrates the state of food delivery service, and the wider picture of the job market, in China right now. Exploitative with longer work hours but lesser pay and risking your life and safety only to get shouted at by rude customers. Classic definition of cut-throat when you steal orders meant for others just to earn a few bucks more.
