Felt bad for both the original homeowner and the buyer as both have been victimized by a corrupt system that consign hardworking citizens into misery. How will the courts enforce the hefty fine when the original owners has no more to lose? No job, no savings, and neck-deep in debt? Can't squeeze blood from a stone.

  6. The clip was on a fast-forward. The person using the camera probably wasn't using a tripod on a normal speed so his shots were a bit shaky when on a fast forward mode.
