  1. EV cars are cheap in China due to subsidies and cut-throat competition that they are almost disposable. You'd be ridiculous to risk getting arrested for stealing junks from disposable cars.

  2. Encouraging people to buy a new car when they can barely afford it is downright stupid. Also goes when taking out a loan when your salary will be barely enough to pay the monthly repayments.
