  1. The video said that these vehicles will be eventually fitted with armaments. Maybe a machinegun, a 100-mm gun or a missile launcher.

  2. If it's for recon purposes, that vehicle should at least have silent and stealth capabilities. Otherwise, it's just a shooting target for the enemy.
