  5. Real estate in China is a huge scam tolerated by no less by the CCP on their own citizens. Imagine paying diligently over the years only to find out that you have been paying for the INTEREST first and not the principal itself? It's an exploitative system that turn citizens into debt slaves, with sudden unemployment, heavy mortgages, rent and bank loans that are unlikely to be repaid. So much for the communism's promise of "equality" and "common prosperity".
