Not being paid for your work means that you are a slave. That first woman should just cut her losses and bail out. If she wasn't paid for the last six months, she wouldn't be paid anytime soon. She is just prolonging her misery.

It's a policy in China that employees who want to quit are required to submit a written resignation to be entitled to severance pay.
