  1. I'm not sure if the organizers were at fault that very few visitors went to this expo. Exhibitors should have known better that it's a hit-and-miss owing to lack of foreign clients. Unless the expo organizers gave them assurance that they will get their money back in event of a flop, I think the exhibitors will just have to take ita as a lesson learned.
