  1. Much as I want them compensated for the incident, I don't think it will ever happen. It will trigger clamor for help from people who have been victimized by other real estate developer (like Evergrande). Most probably, the blame will be pinned on the builder and developer of the project who may have probably bailed out of the country by now.
