  2. If they can't find a job in the city, the unemployed youth will, at some point, try their hand farming the countryside. The question is: what's in it for them? The CCP should make it worthwhile for them considering the time, effort, and resources they spent getting their degrees/Masters only to end up holding an empty bag.

  3. The CCP should sponsor a nationwide slogan-making contest that praises and glorifies the Emperor Xi and the CCP, exclusive only for their unemployed citizens. That should keep them busy and keep them away from joining protests.
