  2. Sounds like the government is getting paranoid to citizens transferring money from one account to another. Are they afraid that a massive capital flight out of China is on the way? If it's true that Elon Musk is gradually diversifying from China, it's an indication that the country's economic slowdown is worse than expected, belying CCP's propaganda that Musk is staying put and will even increase his stake in the Chinese market. Musk is, afterall, a businessman. He will go where the money is and China, with it's current difficuties, is not that place atm.
