  1. What were those people thinking going outdoors during a strong typhoon? The authoritarian regime should for once use it's power to ban people from going outdoors under any circumstances during a typhoon. Only people of essential services should be allowed. People in the video, including children, seems to have a death wish in that extreme weather.
