I read that within days of the US stock market crash that led to the 1929 Great Depression, people and pedestrians were warned not to walk near buildings due to the frequency of brokers and business owners jumping off the buildings to their deaths. Sounds like China is going that way with the situation getting worse and more people being forced into desperation.
