If they are up to it, here's some suggestion on what action or behavior in public that they should definitely fine: - spitting in public - urinating in public - littering/throwing trash in public - cutting in queues or refusal to queue or fall in line - shoving people in queues - farting in public These boorish behavior are not exclusive to China but if officials are really serious about generating money while at the same time improving China's image, they should seriously consider.

  2. If buying the latest iPhone will cost you an arm and a leg, then don't buy. Or buy a cheaper brand. Problem solved. It's ridiculous buying something you can barely afford. Practicality makes more sense over being stylish just to show off.
