  3. So France's problem boils down to aging/shrinking population? The adopt an open-migration policy especially attractive to nationals or race that breed like rabbits and give them instant citizenship so they could tax them. Guaranteed, within 10 years, France's population will be in a positive level again. Europe should adopt open border/migration if they dont want their country go extinct like the dodo.
