  2. "We want Dina Boluarte to resign"-- protester. If she did, then who would govern the country if the two highest elected posts are vacant? Won't there be a power vacuum and lead to more anarchy in Peru? Would they rather have the military take over?

  3. Resorting to violence has been proven as counter-productive. Like shooting yourself on the foot. Besides, elections are held regularly, so bad leaders are replaced through the people's mandate. That's a thousand times better than insurrection.
