  2. I think that short clip was a dig against Chinese espionage activities in the West when it referenced Edward Snowden and Huawei. The whole world knows Snowden extracted vital information while working in the CIA, while Huawei has this unsavory reputation in the West as a tool for Chinese surveillance activities. The actors speaking English with a British accent makes this an anti-Chinese tirade. Just my thoughts.
