  3.  @leonkennedy8579  Yes, based on the video footage alone, one might get the impression that the police escalated the situation, but given the circumstances surrounding their occurrence, it's understandable. What's not understandable, however, is why they only sent one male officer to arrest the guy... that would have required at the very least two male officer.
